Approach

Deciding to come to therapy can be daunting and anxiety provoking.  I look to create a warm, safe and consistent therapeutic environment, where clients are able to explore difficulties with ease and often relief!

Sessions begin with an exploration of the current and past difficulties that you may have had. I then use a collaborative approach to explore the therapeutic approach that would be both suitable and efficacious.  As a Clinical Psychologist with additional specialist training, I am able to offer a range of therapies with a thorough understanding of the impact of wider issues such life stage, systemic issues or physical problems may have.
